The Thouron Award supports graduate student ambassadors from Britain or the University of Pennsylvania by providing full tuition and fees plus a generous stipend for up to two years, to give emerging leaders the opportunity to broaden their academic scope and cultural experience in a way that will forever change their ability to effect positive change in the world.
